Some call it the end of patriarchy. Yogi Bhajan called it, ‘the Aquarian Age.’ The Mayans call it the ‘New Dawn.’ I call it the ‘Age of Light.’ Regardless of what name you give it, all souls are needed to rise up. We were brought into this world at this time, and we came here to help change it. We are birthing a new age.
The seers and sages of ancient ages predicted this moment of time we are living in. While the specific dates vary, it is believed that around the time of 2012, the Earth transitioned from the Piscean Age into the Aquarian Age. From the Dark Ages to the Age of Light. With the coming of this new age, many began to experience their divine feminine beginning to rise.
Divine feminine energy has a lot of names: yin, lunar, and shakti to name a few. But they’re all the same thing. Divine feminine energy is the goddess energy within. It’s the energy of flow, of being, of intuition, of the moon. Every human, regardless of gender, has both divine feminine and divine masculine (solar, yang, shiva) energy within them.
Much of our modern history and culture suppressed the sacred feminine and limited women’s rights. We were programmed to focus more on the divine masculine: doing, pushing, producing, going. And just as the sacred feminine's powers has been silenced through patriarchy, the sacred masculine's ability to express emotion and recognize his divinity has too. But now, the feminine is finally claiming her place. And with that comes a lot of learning to fully harness our feminine power, regardless of our gender.
Right now we are in a transition period between the ages. In the process of allowing the old cycle to fall away and the new to rise. As with any kind of change, making the transition isn’t easy. The things that once served us are falling away. Anything inauthentic is unable to survive. Like driving in the fog and trusting the road will appear before us, we are being forced to release old identities and ways of being that no longer serve us, using our intuition and feminine energy as a compass.
Connecting to your divine feminine has always been important but especially during these times. Your divine feminine energy reminds you that you are whole, that everything you desire is within you, and that you are worthy of love from yourself and from others. It is about unlearning beliefs that no longer serve you, setting boundaries, claiming your power, falling more in love with yourself and amplifying your inner worth. It is all about tapping into your divine feminine and harnessing that inner goddess power.
As we are coming out of 5,000 years of patriarchy, where the unbalanced masculine has been the focus, it is important not to aspire to its polar opposite - patriarchy to matriarchy. The unbalanced feminine can be just as destructive.

UNBALANCED MASCULINE
Destroys everything in his/her path, ruthless, does not think of anyone but himself, the end justifies the means, forceful, brutal, barbaric, selfish, egoistic, sees him/herself as separate, arrogant, disconnected, from the head up, weak, cruel, disconnected from emotions, easily threatened, cowardly, deceitful, stubborn, endures and strives when it is time to rest, headstrong
Now, imagine the radical revolution in the world if more people moved through life from that divine feminine space. Imagine if more people were connected to their intuition, loved themselves deeply, lived compassionately, and allowed themselves to be present. Imagine not having to work so hard for the things you want, imagine attracting all your desires with ease.
That can happen, and it starts with you, as one of us awakens and rises, it makes it easier for another to follow their lead—as within, so without.
We each have within us a power. A sacred, creative, feminine force that wants to flow free. Awake in some, dormant in others, always waiting to uncoil and rise.
By coming together and healing ourselves, will bring about a much-needed shift on the planet. It is time for us all to allow what is beckoning within to be given the permission and space to rise. And just like yin and yang, you need both feminine and masculine energies: they complement each other. The process of balancing both might not be pretty and it quite certainly will not be linear, but it is necessary and it’s time.
It’s time to bring the sacred masculine and sacred feminine energies back into balance. As the sacred feminine rises, may the sacred masculine rise along with Her.
